The Challenge
Working in an exciting job for an ERP vendor with a focus on Manufacturing. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for assisting our customer base in Germany, resolving customer issues, follow up on open consulting activities and requests for service. You will also lead smaller implementation activities on-site at the Customer. You will be assisting our customers in optimizing the logistical processes using my clients software. You will work with our Service Management to increasing the services business by developing new opportunities at existing and new customers. You will work from our Frankfurt office and report to the Regional Service Manager. You will be part of the EMEA services team and will work closely with the local Sales Team in Germany.
Your profile
- University degree;
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management;
- 1-3 years of experience in a Software Implementation environment;
- Preferably a background in the Manufacturing Industry;
- Preferably experienced in an ERP environment;
- Good Commercial skills;
- Strong personality;
- Teamplayer;
- Native in German and fluent in English.
