SALES EXECUTIVE:
This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by securing new clients and expanding our presence in the European market. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Respond to client queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay abreast of market trends.
You will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Fluent in Flemish Dutch; proficiency in English is a must, French is a plus.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
